hi, I try to download ESET Endpoint Antivirus All-in-one Installer package from ERA ESET PROTECT Essential On-Prem on local VM and it don't never finish. 0% never returning an error, no progress.

I would recommend opening a support ticket since further investigation and logs will be needed. In case that ESET PROTECT connects to the Internet through a proxy server, pcap logs as well as configuration of the proxy will likely be needed for perusal.
