ESET Protect agent URL not resolving

Recommended Posts

The URL that my client's agent uses to call home to the Protect admin center is not resolving on our local ISP's DNS servers.

I have worked with our ISP and they tell me that the issue is upstream from them and that DNS is "weak" across upstream DNS servers.

 

I have turned in a ticket with ESET last week, but have not received any response.
