  1. The URL that my client's agent uses to call home to the Protect admin center is not resolving on our local ISP's DNS servers. I have worked with our ISP and they tell me that the issue is upstream from them and that DNS is "weak" across upstream DNS servers. I have turned in a ticket with ESET last week, but have not received any response.
  2. I have upgraded my ERA virtual appliance. Now when I try to upgrade my Windows Remote Administrator Component, the only package available is for Linux. Edit: I figured out what what I was missing. My problem is resolved.
