security alert anthi theft and app lock not working properly

I got Eset Security installed on a Samsung Galaxy S6 with Android 7.

In my Eset Home i get the security alert: "anthi theft and app lock not working properly".

When i open Eset Security on the phone and click both buttons then there is no problem. The Security alert turns off and turns to Protected.

As soon as the phone is locked the warning turns on again.

What can i do about it?

Please create a support ticket via the built-in form and let logs to be submitted to ESET. Issues related to Android products are often device specific so without additional data and logs it's impossible to comment on it.
