network discovery seems blocked

Greetings, I think maybe ESET Cloud is blocking network discovery on network. We are trying to get PDQ working to inventory and push software and it's not able to communicate to devices (using 445). Maybe this would involve just adding a rule of Use of NTLM in the Trusted Zone. Is that turned off by default??

First of all please make sure that you have the trusted zone configured properly (check known networks settings). You can also try adding the local subnet to the trusted zone directly.
