i can't log in my eba account when i broken my phone

Hello, If you have enabled 2FA for ESET Business Account, at the moment of activation you should have received set of "backup codes" to the e-mail address the business account is registered to. The email would look like this: 

If you do not have such e-mail, you will have to contact the local ESET partner representative technical support, who will verify the ownership of the license / account and help with resetting the 2FA.

We kindly ask you to refrain from creating multiple forum accounts which is prohibited also by this forum rules.

As already advised, please contact your local customer care for assistance. You can't sort it without that.
