ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted January 24, 2022 ESET Staff Posted January 24, 2022 Hello, If you have enabled 2FA for ESET Business Account, at the moment of activation you should have received set of "backup codes" to the e-mail address the business account is registered to. The email would look like this: If you do not have such e-mail, you will have to contact the local ESET partner representative technical support, who will verify the ownership of the license / account and help with resetting the 2FA.
