IreneIEW 0 Posted January 23 Share Posted January 23 Anyone know how to actually contact support? I have a number of questions. 1. Why does my home screen say my license is expiring soon but the expiration date shows 1/2024? 2. I cannot remove old devices from my licenses to reassign those spots. 3. Administrators Marcos 4,187 Posted January 23 Administrators Share Posted January 23 I'd recommend opening a ticket using the built-in form since further logs as well as information about your ESET HOME account, screenshots and troublesome device names will be required. Also I couldn't find any ESET license registered with your forum email address; probably you use a different address for your Google account.
