Rich 0 Posted January 11, 2022 Share Posted January 11, 2022 My ESET Internet Security won't upgraded to newer product version 15.0.21.0 despite that I :- Press Accept (EULA) and update button and, Press update product now button. It did not update Use Check for updates (force method) Nothing happen It there something I missed? Have you used Eset for years. From what I can remember an issue recently causing program updates to fail occurred if they had upgraded multiple times and once had a really old version e.g. they upgraded from version 10 to 11, 11 to 12 and so on. Something appeared to remain From an old version causing issues. From what I remember the solution was to backup any custom changes, remove eset via the uninstaller (link bellow) and then reinstall the newer version.
