ESET Insiders xxJackxx 93 Posted October 27, 2021 ESET Insiders Share Posted October 27, 2021 I have a Synology Rackstation on the network with 2 ethernet ports set up for a bond. This bond uses a shared IP address to increase network throughput. When I plug my laptop into the wired network I get multiple popups for "ARP Cache Poisoning attack" from the IP of the file server. At the very least it is a false positive. I could deal with one popup but I got 36 of them. Very irritating while one is trying to work. Is there a rule or exclusion that can be set up for this that does not open me to an actual attack? I was tempted to turn the firewall off to stop the popups.
