Problem with activating client devices

Dear ESET,

we are not being able to activate new devices with our license. We are getting the error code: 0x1004000d which is asking us to contact you.

We've checked if there's enough free places in our license and we indeed do.

The devices we are trying to activate the product on are macbook pros.

Does the problem persist after you do the following?
1, Uninstall ESET
2, Run:

rm -Rf ~/.esets
rm -Rf "/Library/Application Support/ESET"

3, Install ESET from scratch and try to activate it.
