Administrators Marcos 5,286 Posted May 31, 2021 Administrators Share Posted May 31, 2021 I assume that the problem is the license is registered to multiple email addresses, including nod32order@valueline.com.ph. You must contact the distributor and ask to change the email address to yours. A license should be registered only to one email address.
ESET Staff emilota 7 Posted June 1, 2021 ESET Staff Share Posted June 1, 2021 Hello @brylerayandayan, I recommend to use EBA instead of ELA for license registration. EBA provides more benefits while ELA is legacy portal.
ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted June 2, 2021 ESET Staff Share Posted June 2, 2021 Hello @brylerayandayan If I may ask, why you wanted to add license to an ELA security admin? Was it included in license e-mail instructions, or it´s just your common practice? I see on the screenshot, that the ELA is actually empty, and was not used before. Am I right? brylerayandayan 0
Thanks, we are now talking to our distributor. They also recommended to use EBA.
