If that's not the case, please carry on as follows: - reproduce the issue - enable advanced oper. system logging under tools -> diagnostics - disable logging after 1-2 minutes - collect logs with ESET Log Collector - upload the generated archive to a safe location and drop me a personal message with a download link.

Previously I saw this issue when ports were configured improperly which doesn't seem be the case. Therefore I've relayed the logs to developers for perusal. Will keep you posted.
