If i upgrade the agent/ endpoint security package for existing machines I have no problem. The only way I can currently install eset/ remote agent for new machines is via the Eset Remote deployment tool but I would like to be able to use the Eset Console. Administrators Marcos 5,407 Posted December 12, 2020 Administrators Share Posted December 12, 2020 I'd recommend opening a ticket with your local ESET support since further logs and information will be needed for troubleshooting. You can provide tech support with server logs created with trace verbosity after attempting to deploy agent as well as a Procmon log from the same update attempt.
