Agent deployement task/ Software install will not start via Eset ESMC/ Protect

Hi 

Please can you assist

I have a situation where new agent or software tasks will not start at all.

If i upgrade the agent/ endpoint security package for existing machines I have no problem.

The only way I can currently install eset/ remote agent for new machines is via the Eset Remote deployment tool but I would like to be able to use the Eset Console.

I upgraded yesterday from Eset ESMC to Eset Protect but problem persists.

I'd recommend opening a ticket with your local ESET support since further logs and information will be needed for troubleshooting. You can provide tech support with server logs created with trace verbosity after attempting to deploy agent as well as a Procmon log from the same update attempt. The server log will be included if you run ESET Log Collector to collect logs.
