Headshot557 0
I usually have Google DNS set up. I just checked my settings and they are on automatic for some reason. I have changed the settings to Google DNS servers again and will monitor to see if the problem still persists.

cimmay 0
The problem of Limited Direct Cloud Connectivity has been solved in NOD32 14.0.22.0 with LiveGrid communication module 1093 update. The update was done 3 days ago. And I've been able to connect to the SK server with nslookup from Seattle on Comcast. Gunso 1
For information, I have the Limited Direct Cloud Connectivity warning message each time I launch Steam. Everything is up to date. I don't really care for myself but it might help you to figure out which port may be problematic. Headshot557

Here's an article that lists ports used by Steam: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8571-GLVN-8711 I don't see anything listed there that would conflict with protocol/ports used by LiveGrid. Hopefully If I understand it correctly, the issue occurs only at your work but not at home? Most likely this will be caused by the fact that your employee blocks communication on port 53535. cimmay 0
Disabled the cable modem firewall and after an hour ESET NOD logged "Restored Direct Cloud connectivity." I had made two windows firewall rules to open port 53535 but it had no effect and were deleted the next day. This was the first "restored" message I got since Nod was installed months ago.
