You don't have to uninstall MBAM. You just have to disable its real-time protection which it appears you have already done.

MBAM is an excellent off-line second opinion scanner. It can find for example, things Eset can't such as a malicious browser add-in/plug-in.

Yes itman is a very good one in my eyes, one with a lot of knowledge about Eset, if you have problems with Eset the best way in my eyes to ask itman!
