Update Failed

I've been trying to push ESET File Security remotely to one of our servers and it keeps saying "Failed to synchronize package repository. See trace message for more details".

I also have changed the server update settings from autodetect to "hxxp://repositorynocdn.eset.com/v1" and then vice versa but no luck at all.

Please provide the server trace log, however besides that I would also recommend raising a support ticket with your local ESET distributor so that the case is properly tracked and handled.
