Anti-theft sent e-mail stating data was collected, website says nothing has happened yet.

I was robbed on the 16th early morning. My custom desktop pc had been taken. I could not enable the locking function of eset until I learned that I had been robbed several hours before I got home to find out.

I set all of my devices as missing. My desktop computer's anti theft optimization was at 4 stars. (5 not attainable as this is a desktop pc meant to be plugged in via ethernet.)

About a week later I received an email from eset anti theft claiming new activity being found for my desktop pc that had been taken, and that i have some information available for download. But when i log into the eset anti theft website i have no new details, no information to download, and no confirmation of the message i have ready to be sent out to my stolen desktop computer getting delivered.

So I have a few questions:

Is it possible to completely circumvent all attempts this software has to lock out my pc, and install or reinstall a new, or the same operating system?

If there is data, and with the possibility of my account being compromised, where is it? When should I be able to download it? If my account is truly compromised, can I redownload the information it had again? The site says 0 activity, but the email says it had activity.

Is it possible for someone to circumvent the phantom account if they were able to wipe the os clean before I could hit the button to lock it?

You have 3 out of 4 devices marked as missing. Which one are you referring to? Also please send me the content of the email you've received from Anti-Theft in a private message.

The device the email referred to is the one named "Ryzen." I will send you a PM shortly.
