ESET - High Resources Utilization (HDD: 100%)

I have currently observed from clients endpoints while using ESET Endpoint Security - Latest version 7.1 causes 100% HDD and Resources utilization ,hence slows down normal user experience.

 When we uninstall ESET from the affected PCs, the Utilization runs down to 2%, has anyone else experienced this currently, advise?

Does the issue manifest all the time or only sometimes? Does temporarily pausing real-time protection make a difference? If so, please provide a Procmon log time when the issue is manifesting.

I have seen this before also,  remove ESET and it works fine.  Go to reinstall and it will improve for a while, then go back.

Task Manager-> Performance -> Open Resource Monitor: check Disk utilization which process reads and writes most (sort by total (B/sec)).

check C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET Security for ubnormal big files

check both C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET Security\Logs &  C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET Security\Logs\eScan
