Gateway portal blocked

If i try to connect to 192.168.1.1:8443 chrome returns ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED

I have added 192.168.1.1 to advanced setup  > firewall > zones > trusted zones. Restarted system but still not working.

It doesn't seem to connect on my phone either. 

Works on my other device that i set the router up from no problem.

Does temporarily pausing the firewall make a difference? What ESET product do you use?

no, doesnt make a difference. I might try to reset the modem.
