I try to activate my product (internet security) and i can't.

I received this message :

Your license cannot be activated at this time. Please try again soon. We apologize for the inconvenience - Thank you for using ESET.

 

Is that normal ?

Just to make sure, are you trying to activate ESET through the built-in activation window that pops up after the installation has finished?
