ERA-Server can't see some clients

Hello,

i Setup an ERA-Server (Windows Server 2016 Std) und it works perfect in the local networt.

But i have some Clients in home offices, too. We don't use any VPN. So i opened port 2222, 2223 and 3128 in the Firewall (Netgate SG-3100 pfsense) for both directions. All Clients can reach the ERA-Server, but i don't see these Clients in the Computer section in ERA. What's wrong?

I'd start off by checking C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html  and trace.log on troublesome clients for possible errors.
