harley95 0
Wake up call from Eset Remote Administrator to any agents is not working. I have ensured the ports are open and I can do scans ect . So it is just Wake up call that is not working. I do not believe that it has since we installed Eset. Any suggestions on how to get this to work ? ESET Staff MartinK 384 Posted July 17, 2018 ESET Staff Share Posted July 17, 2018 Could you describe what are your expectations, i.e. how do to check whether it works? Asking because according to logs, AGENT is connecting every 30 seconds, which is quet often and it may be problem to even observe that AGENT actually connected immediately instead of regular interval.
