Administration URL directions

HI,

I am need blocked url, in my network

but in the option: ADMINISTRATION URL DIRECTIONS  only blocked or found URLS of web browser: Internet Explorer.  I have users with web browsers google chrome, Firefox, and others web borwsers, wtih these dont blocked, not found..  

Can you help me....

Unfortunately it's not clear what issue you are having. Do you mean that blocking some urls via the url management doesn't work?

i blocked URL but the option only work with the web browser Internet Explorer.  For others, for example:  web browser: Chrome dosen't work...

What url did you block that doesn't work in Chrome? Isn't it youtube.com by chance?

yes is youtube.com.... with chrome...  for example...

Make sure to disable QUIC in Chrome, clear browser's cache and restart the browser. Also make sure that you have SSL/TLS filtering enabled and the ESET root certificate has been properly imported in the system Trusted root certification authorities certificate store.
