Retrieved wrong validation key

I just reinstalled my windows 10 home, so I had to reinstall Eset nod 32 asap. I don't have the validation key anymore sadly, but I have saved the license id and username. I contacted Eset license management support to retrieve my lost validation key through my registered email. They gave me username , password and license of account whose validity is 6/19/2018. When I bought the product 2017 the validation validity was until 2020. I'm really sad that this happened to me. Can you guys help me please? my email address is ...

Please contact the distributor or seller from whom you purchased your license. We have only one license on files registered to the email address that you provided and that license expired last year.
