Tanguero 0
This Error offently happens. After Updates: Unable to rename file. Why is that possible?
Administrators Marcos 4,919 Posted January 10, 2018 Administrators Share Posted January 10, 2018 I've seen less than 5 cases with this error since v11 was released. At least in one case it was Windows Search which was indexing ESET files that the program needed to rename. We'd need a special Procmon log from time when the issue occurs for analysis. I'd suggest contacting Customer care since further logs will be needed and the case should be properly tracked.

DegelJabax 0
I'm constantly receiving "Modules Updates Failed. Downloads Interrupted" when I tried to get the latest for the ESET Internet Security that I'm running on my laptop. Production version: 11.0.159.9 When I tried to clear cache, it stays grey and not active. I turned on "Enable Update engine Advanced Logging" and attached the etl log here. Please reviewed it and let me know how to resolve this issue. Thanks. updater_20180303_055407.etl
Administrators Marcos 4,919 Posted March 3, 2018 Administrators Share Posted March 3, 2018 "Download interrupted" means that the connection to update servers was interrupted, most likely due to connectivity issues between your computer and your ISP, or between your ISP and ESET's update servers.
