M_K 0 Posted November 28, 2017 Share Posted November 28, 2017 (edited) Hello, What we have about 10 Dell PCs with the following configuration - Windows 10 Pro (some PCs are 1709 and the others are 1703) - Corporate network environment (Active Directory, etc...) - SSD Drive - Windows Defender is OFF - ESET Idle scanning is OFF - ESET Endpoint Security 6.6.2064.0- ESET Remote Administrator Agent 6.5.522.0 - ESET Remote Administrator (Server, Linux), Version 6.5 (6.5.417.0) THE PROBLEM During product update the system freezes with the following effects: - NO network connection - Product update status keeps infinitely saying "Updating Product" - Mouse, keyboard are responding - Office and other applications are responding We have 80 Pcs in total and most of them are Windows 7 Pro with the same set of ESET products installed. When the system freezes, crash the system so that a memory dump is generated. Then compress it, upload it to a safe location and drop me a message with a download link.
