How to remove domain name from blacklist

We have two domains that are blacklisted by ESET today.  One did have malware in it and the other did not.  We have cleaned the malware, tested the sites both by downloading the public html directory and using desktop scanners and by using server scanners.  Both domains come up clean.  I am trying to find how we can request the domains be removed from ESET black list.  Thanks.
