Dear Team, 

we are unable update virus definitions and signature from console after connecting VPN.

Server IP able to ping after connection VPN.  from client  PC.

please help on this.

We'd need the following for analysis:

- a Wireshark log
- advanced update engine log (enable logging in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics)

Both logs must be from the same update attempt. When done, compress the Wireshark pcap log, collect logs with ELC and provide both files to me. You can upload them to a safe location (e.g. Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.) and provide me with download links.
