KAMIRAN Support 0 Posted June 13, 2017 Share Posted June 13, 2017 Hi , in Some servers we see this problem that icons beside of client disappear suddenly. in some cases when user remove clients in ERA , it will cause this problem next time that Agent connect to server and appear in ERA. Basically, when you delete the computer, all of its logs are deleted as well. Agent is programmed in the way, that it sends the information about the installed security product / mask, upon a change, or at least once every 24 hours. So, when you delete the clients, they will reappear, however it will take some time, until all of the information is reported (like the masks, related to the installed products). Icons never "disappear suddenly" by themselves, it´s a result of removing the computer entry from ERA (might happen accidentallly, when you for example delete the group, in which clients were located).
