HI We have client with 200 user and we created the era agent installer batch file for same. We use apache http proxy link in the URL. User don't have the admin rights and have limited internet connectivity. Batch file required admin rights for execution.(The admin can't go to every PC for the installation). The client is asking in version 5 they able to to push the client antivirus without any issue but version 6 is some how degraded in this scenario. Is there any setting that we can do in the batch so it execute without any admin rights. Or there is any other alternate method.

We also had similar issue at the time of Manual installation of EES and we have ignore that......But such issue never occurred during the push installation.

As ESET endpoint for MAC only block website with http not https. Please add SSL/TLS in Endpoint protection for MAC.

You can create new static group on your own and shifts the client systems as per your requirement. The pre-defined static group takes the data from dynamic group. Hi, 10-15 customer complain is that the Update does not take place automatically for premium version. And created the same scenario at our end.And found the result to be same. We have to update VBSD manually. We have created the schedule for update after every 6hrs but still have to do updated manually. Kindly suggest us the solution.

One of our customer uses some software which is on External drive. ESET detect that file as threat. When we exclude the file in ESET application it's work fine. But when we restart system or reinsert external drive exclusion doesn't work. Note : Drive letter of External hard drive always remain same when inserted or system restart.

We have created the rules to block all site and allow specific sites but that does not work. Reset the setting to default and block the sites. At last we reinstall the Eset smart security. We have check the blocking using parental control but this too does not helped. we have created the setting at our end and tried to use the same on system. some of the logs has been attached: sysinspector, process monitor,settings. Having the same issue but in my scenario its different Migration from 5.x to 6.x unable to import file. i'm getting the error shown in the picture.

I'm the owner of the cyber cafe and around 40 to 50 customer daily complain same issue out of which most of them are photographer. May i know when you all going to release the integrated version.Hope the problem is fixed in next release. mine work would be deducted by 30-40% if you all resolve the issue. it is not possible for us to run or fix each and every pen drive daily. And some of the customer brings the corrupted pen drive and complains that it was caused due to ESET. Hope you understand my situation.

Facing the same issue.It would be better for us if USB fixer is integrated in the application itself. Most of the customer are photographer and they complain a lot regarding the issue.
