Hi We have customer with 400 user want to unistall ESET endpoint security ver 6.2. He had uninstalled ERA. Now when he try to unistall ESET manually from single system,system ask for restart and after restart system stuck on window logon screen.Then we have to restart again with "last good configuration". In some case they have to recover/format window system. Check with ESET unistaller tool still facing same problem. kindly help and let us know which logs are required.

Is there any way to find out Logs for ESET Disable/enable.

When you set password for advance setup setting access, it will always prompt to enter the password to disable the AV. You can mention the reason why you want to disable the AV.

I was referring to the "apache http proxy" which come with the ERA all in 1 installer. We have enable proxy(apache http proxy) on client AV still Activation task failed. That's why need confirmation. Please note we have also checked that proxy(apache http proxy) is working or not by typing the hxxp://servername:3128/index.htmon browser. and it's work. we have mentioned servername and as well as ip in proxy details.

If we have enabled the proxy then is necessary for the client machine to have INTERNET connectivity ???

Issue mentioned are from different places.

We we apply activation task from ERA on some targeted system does is it necessary for the client system should be connected to Internet. If we disable proxy in client anti virus what will be the result ??? . Kindly let us know how the activation task works.

Hi, We are unable to add license by license key. getting error Failed to add license key. we allowed the link in firewall mention in the kb link hxxp://support.eset.com/kb332/. We also attached the server trace log. trace1.log

From last 30 min we are facing the the same issue. Email id showing invalid while activating in ESET application. we have to redirect the user to web site for activation and registered them over there and then activate in the ESET application .

Can you guide me step by step as the link provided by you is not available.

Hi , I had block all website.....it works fine with all web browser except google chrome.Block doesn't work with youtube(https://www.youtube.com/?gl=IN) in google chrome We have checked the issue in different system still youtube was not blocked.We have used google apps on right hand side top corner to enter youtube. Pic for google app youtube is below....You can recreate the scenario at your end. Note google chrome ver Version 48.0.2564.116..... Eset ver 9.0349.

To recreate the scenario just block all website in url management and open you tube through google chrome apps as mentioned in above pic.

URL management does not work with google chrome pre defined youtube link !!!! kindly check !!! screen shot has been attached.
