Ok thank you. But - as stated above - EFSW 7.3 32-bit version seems to be not available for download?
Afaik, we only offer the 64-bit installer starting with EFSW 7.3 from the download page (I only checked /us page). 32-bit only available for 7.2.

We have a KB for enabling (https://support.eset.com/en/kb8175), but I admit that I don't think that will help here because it should display in your second screenshot when creating new policy, maybe double check the license? Can you open support ticket https://support.eset.com/en/kb3742 and also let us know what the issue is when resolved in case others have same issue (and I will update the KB with that info).

On another note, if you use EMS via the APK, let me know, I am interested to know who still does and why.

KB was published this morning to address this issue.

Primary issue:

This ESET KB article has the details about this https://support.eset.com/en/KB7911, and we'll be updating this article soon with further info/instructions for the different user scenarios eligible (or not) to switch to the replacement product.

The KB team is looking at this as related to updating the kb7324 and we have three SMEs replicating this to confirm.
Thank you for posting.

We also have the Knowledgebase article "What's new in ESET Endpoint Antivirus for Linux (8.x)", and under the Release Notes section we have the new feature changelog items listed, and there's a screenshot of the new GUI:
https://support.eset.com/en/kb7874
Other GUI images (we only included the one) are attached also.
Furthermore, if you see a KB or Online Help article that is missing information, media, etc. or you something wrong or something you would like to see expanded or clarified, you can request it by clicking the "Was this information helpful" link and submitting feedback -- believe it or not, we (I) read those user comments and make content updates from them.

Alert for this issue was published as well:
"Secure Browser is Non-functional" notification

What license error are you receiving, and which product version specifically (have you upgraded to latest 13.1)?
There is new functionality for detecting a leaked license and this won't allow it to activate: https://support.eset.com/en/kb7463

Actually, the html errors are not what I am referring to. A few of the noted "Application" processes are missing the leading character on the .exe prefix; e.g.
- C:\Windows\System32\tvdm.exe - should be C:\Windows\System32\ntvdm.exe
- C:\Windows\System32\egsvr32.exe - should be C:\Windows\System32\regsvr32.exe
- C:\Windows\SysWOW64\egsvr32.exe - should be C:\Windows\SysWOW64\regsvr32.exe
- C:\Windows\System32\undll32.exe - should be C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe
- C:\Windows\SysWOW64\undll32.exe - should be C:\Windows\SysWOW64\rundll32.exe
Check the entire article for references to the above.
Thanks again, that KB has been fixed.

Hi guys,
https://support.eset.com/en/kb3479-upgrade-eset-secure-authentication-esa-to-the-latest-version
Upgrade ESA version 2.5 to the latest version - is it still valid for 2.8.23.0 -> 3.0.20.0 or will be something completely different ?
It's our understanding that the process is the same and that the instructions in kb3479 are still accurate for the ESA v3 upgrade -- only change is that Figure 1-1 (step 2) will be updated to show a new functionality to Skip having to enter the console username/password.

Finally if one insists on enabling macros in Office apps, I would strongly recommend that the following HIPS rule be created on all endpoint devices. This rule will block all script executables from being spawned from an Office app.
Refer the the rule details given in this Eset KB article section. Note I duplicated the entire article section because there are "typo's" in the article:
Thanks itman, there are some html errors in kb6119 that we'll fix.

Have you tried setting a profile and zone (before receiving the pop-up)?
