  1. I've been trying to login for about 30 minutes or so and keep getting the Something went wrong... Thried with a different browser and got the same thing.
  2. Interesting, I've been logged into ESET Protect Cloud for about an hour and a half.
  3. Thank you @MichalJ! That's what I needed! Not intuitive is an understatement. LOL
  4. That made no difference. I give up. I added the exclusion from the console.
  5. Well it doesn't work on my end. You can see my settings. What else can I check?
  6. I did that, and applied the policy, but they're still showing locked. In particular, I'm trying to make the exclusions editable (for admins), but Add is grayed out.
  7. I know it's there, but I'm just overlooking it. Where in the policy can I make these "locked" options editable?
  8. I've had the same issue. I've started creating a scheduled task to reboot ours either late at night or early morning after an update.
  9. Do you get the same thing with a different browser?
  10. If you think ESET is causing the issue, temporarily uninstall it and then try to install your driver. If it still gives an error, ESET is not the problem. If it does complete the install, then reinstall ESET and see what happens.
  11. I can verify that it was doing that yesterday in Chrome as well.
  12. Personally, I think blue is better when it comes to OS updates and leave yellow for actual ESET protection warnings.
  13. I've never had to stop anything ESET related to do a version upgrade. You should be ok to skip that part.
  14. Give an example of a website you're trying to go to that gives that message.
  15. Just FYI, if you're talking about the Win 10 UI vs. Win 7, check out OpenShell. It gives you a Win7 UI on Win10.
  16. I don't think that's an official ESET site. ESET Columbia is https://www.eset.com/co/. I would request a refund and buy from the official ESET site.
  17. I had the same issue with the msp site yesterday. It appears to be working now.
  18. I agree, 30-60 days is a bit much. Plus, having to see the big red bar of outdated products for that long drives me crazy. I usually start manually upgrading my endpoints after a few days of seeing that. As you can see, I've already started pushing it out this morning. Kind of defeats the whole "automatic update" feature.
  19. Try uninstalling it in safe mode with the ESET uninstaller. Instructions are here: https://support.eset.com/en/kb2289-uninstall-eset-manually-using-the-eset-uninstaller-tool.
  20. I get the same thing that I did trying to install the original package. I get the ESET splash screen with the moving dots for a few seconds and then it just goes away, but the ESET icon is still showing in the task bar. Clicking it does nothing.
  21. Thank you @Marcos. That did allow me to install it. One more question though (sorry, I've never had to do one in this way), how can I manage from my cloud installation? Right not it's unmanaged and unlicensed.
