  1. I can confirm it's fixed with Configuration module 2057.6 (20230328). Thanks!
  2. The issue isn't fixed with Configuration module 2050.3 (20230118). Even worse, now also "Show license information" is missing:
  3. It looks like @Florian Stricker has a similar problem: Our server info: ESET PROTECT (Server), Version 10.0 (10.0.2133.0) ESET PROTECT (Web Console), Version 10.0 (10.0.132.0) CentOS (64-bit), Version 7.9.2009 Update module 1079 (20211110) Translation support module 1954 (20221209) SysInspector module 1281.1 (20210407) SSL module 1070 (20220608) Push Notification Service module 1131 (20221004) Configuration module 2040.1 (20221028) DB Version: MySQL 5.6.50
  4. I try to set up a policy so that our users aren't bothered with licensing information: But after saving the policy, the settings "Configure license-related application statuses" and "Configure license notifications" are missing: How can I set up a policy so that the Endpoint clients don't show anything licensing related?
  5. I created a Modules Update task with the Clear Update Cache option set (see https://help.eset.com/protect_admin/90/en-US/client_tasks_virus_db_update.html) and ran it on the other affected clients. It looks like they are now also updating to 9.0.2046.0 (only know for sure when they have restarted).
  6. Yes. I followed https://support.eset.com/en/kb6689-clear-update-cache-and-check-for-updates-in-eset-endpoint-products-6x?ref=esf and my Endpoint now updated to 9.0.2046.0.
  7. It was quite some time ago, but I think it was installed via an Agent+Endpoint installer and definitely an 8.* version. But I know I've been experimenting with it on my PC before deploying it everywhere, so maybe that is now causing issues. All the upgrades so far were done via a software install task, but I think it auto-updated from 9.0.2032.4 to .6?
  8. @Marcos & @Peter Randziak: Unfortunately we're experiencing the same issue: Luckily my PC is one of the five not willing to update: I will enable logging and get back to you.
  9. Some screenshots that I couldn't attach to the first post: The applied policies on one of the clients on the ESET Protect server: The Auto-updates setting on the same client:
  10. All our ESET Endpoint Security clients are currently on 9.0.2032.6 (which they did via auto-updating), but they don't want to update to 9.0.2046. All the clients have the built-in Auto-updates policy applied to them on the ESET Protect server. But when I go to "Advanced setup" -> "Update" -> "Product updates" on one of the clients, I see that Auto-updates is off. Is this a known issue? And is there a way to get them auto-updating again?
