I manage the ESET Protect webconsole on a enterprise network, and each time that AV updates, the computers need to be restarted. The problem is a lot of employees never restart their computers, so when I want to restart the computers from webconsole, I need to select a lot of computers that no user is logged. My question is how I can select all the computers that no user is logged in my network?

I notice a similar thing on my web console, when I want to see the IPs of the notebooks connected via VPN to my network, it shows me the private IPs of their devices on their home router (not the private IP that the VPN assign them on my network, or the public IP of their home networks at least). I really don’t know why this is so.
