On all subsites of www.focus.de JS/ScrInject.B Trojan is detected and sites are blocked. These modules are listed since yesterday as installed modules.

I now have the same issue again as posted above (see screenshots) after rebooting with latest German version 9.0.349.15

As I said before, it is the case in about 50% of cases after restart, in the other cases only ESS firewall is active and it seems to be randomly. I have now installed German version 9.0.349.15 with live installer and so far only ESS firewall is active after restart. I will report again, if it happens again.

OK, I tested Street View now for 10 minutes with 1226.6 and so far it works.

I switched to regular release servers, where still module 1226.5 is used, but had to reboot the PC thereafter to make Google Street View to work again.

Just released Internet protection module 1228.2 blocks Google Street View from inside Google Earth Pro and crashes Google Earth Pro. With the previous module 1226.5 it was working, with 1231.1 it was also not working and crashing Google Earth. I don't know what is going on here but the constant up- and downgrades of the Internet protection module with constant new problems are extremely annoying, see also here: https://forum.eset.com/topic/6521-e-mail-error-0x800ccc0f-with-ess9-and-windows-live-mail/ And these problems are now going on for weeks.

On one of my PCs with ESS 9 after restart in about 50% of cases I also have this behaviour that Windows Firewall seems to be fully active and Windows Security Center indicates that both firewalls are enabled. On the other PC Windows Firewall always indicates that ESET is controlling the application.

There is no doubt, that version 9.0.318 causes massive problems with windows updates on some PCs. I was the first one who posted it here in the forum and it is clearly reproducable: Version 9 and windows updates

It seems that Czech and Slovak language versions 9.0.351 are out.

Yesterday Internet Protection Module was downgraded to version 1231.1 and now the error is back.

The use of a ISP's transparent proxy is a security risk in itself and should be avoided at any costs. It is also very likely that NSA and GCHQ have direct access to German Telekom's servers, so that any traffic can be monitored and associated to a person without any further effort when using the transparent proxy.

I installed English version 9.0.349 until the German version 9.0.349 is out, and that solved the problems with windows updates and general "freezing"/slowness problems, see here.

In version 9 with default settings the log maintenance seems not to run "as soon as possible" if the task is not run at the specified time.

It seems to work now with protection module 1241. I had no more error message since module 1241 was installed.

I have installed yesterday the English version 9.0.349 over the German version 9.0.318. So this may be a possibility for those who have no problems with English until the other language versions are out. The "freezing" and slowness problems and problems with windows update seems to be solved with this build. On the other hand the SSL certificate problem with Windows Live Mail is still there: E-Mail Error 0x800CCC0F with ESS9 and Windows Live Mail So I have to manually disable and then enable SSL scanning again in ESS about once a day, so that Windows Live Mail works.

Unfortunately only the English version is currently available and ESET doesn't say when exactly the other language versions will be released.

I have pre-release updates enabled, but no program update is available.

On the UK site is only the English version, no German one.

Will this update immediatly be available as program component update PCU or only as complete download of the new version?
