You have posted in the General forum so it is not clear what product you are referring to. Is it ESET Inspect or ESET Inspect on-prem? Anyways, there's no such option to use the event as a criterion for ESET Inspect exclusions.

Perhaps it could be possible to run a disk wiper tool remotely via the Run command task providing that it's located in a folder shared for other machines in the network. However, if you mean a complete disk wipe and not just rewriting unused space with zeroes, it won't be possible as long as the OS is running and you'd need to take the machine offline and run a disk wiper after booting from another medium I assume.

If you have the new license in the list, create a Product activation task with the new license selected and send it to the clients. You can remove the trial license from the License manager.

Sucuri did not detect any malware now and I'm not getting any detection from ESET while browsing the site either. Appears to be clean now.

Does pausing real-time protection make a difference? As for logs, please make sure to enable "advanced operating system logging" in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics prior to running the game and disable it about 30s after reproducing the issue to keep the log as small as possible. Then collect logs with ESET Log Collector, share the archive via Google Drive unrestricted and drop me a personal message with a download link.

I'd recommend raising a support ticket. Perhaps it will enough just to remove some redundant registry keys that could not be removed automatically due to the failure during upgrade.

If the installation is failing even if you run the msi locally on the server, please create an install log as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb406 and supply it along with logs collected with ESET Log Collector.

You can see the location in the Securi report. However, on the web server the code may be obfuscated, stored in a CMS db, etc. If you can't find it, you could contact Sucuri or another company that provides website cleaning services.

Could you try temporarily setting full permissions for all users to the mirror folder and subfolders to see if it starts working then?
sudo chmod -R 777 mirror_folder

Visited web pages are not logged unless they contained a threat that was detected.
If uninstalling v17.0.16 and installing it from scratch without importing previous settings doesn't help, I'm afraid that without additional logs we won't be able to help.

If you hover the mouse cursor over the "file" hyperlink, the path to the file will be displayed. If you attempt to access a temporarily blocked file pending for the result of cloud analysis, a notification with an option to unblock the file will pop up.
If you don't want proactive protection to temporarily block untrusted downloaded or extracted files, you can disable proactive protection in the ESET LiveGrid setup (not recommended).

What about creating a permissive url-based rule for the url you want to allow and another blocking rule for the youtube.com domain and putting it below it?
