Deactivate the previous seat via ela.eset.com and activate ESET again.

Hello, just to add. Usage of the license is triggered by hardware fingerprint of the computer, which is most of the time the Mac Address of the computer network adapter.

So, if you have used an on-board network card on your server, you will have to remove the seat using ESET License Administrator (you will have to use the License Key / ELA password you have received upon purchase / conversion of older credentials for login), and there you should go to tab "unit management" and find the computer (seat name is usually the computer name, of the server, where the product was installed). Then you click on "deactivate". It will remove the unit of the license.
