Updating to ESET NOD32 Antivirus 9

I’m trying to update ESET NOD32 Antivirus8 to version 9 on Windows 10. After downloading and trying to install version 9 I get please wait while Windows configures ESET NOD32 Antivirus and then a popup “The specified account already exists” when I click OK the installation ends and reverts back to version 8. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
