Former ESET Employees dwomack 160 Posted March 29, 2016 Former ESET Employees Share Posted March 29, 2016 Uploading the screenshot with the appropriate tab open might help. It doesn't look like ESET is blocking YouTube but seems to be blocking the download of a file from un-stop (PLEASE DO NOT LINK).

Administrators Marcos 5,394 Posted March 29, 2016 Administrators Share Posted March 29, 2016 Clear the address with an automatic proxy server configuration wpad file in the Internet Explorer setup and disable that option to fix the issue. See hxxp://www.ghacks.net/2014/03/14/check-malicious-proxy-auto-config-files-windows/ for instructions.

Most Valued Members planet 232 Posted March 30, 2016 Most Valued Members Share Posted March 30, 2016 Are you sure you have cleared proxy settings? Microsoft has a quick tool you can use to reset Internet Explorer proxy settings (which Chrome uses), click the blue Download button under "Here's an easy fix" on this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2289942 After restarting, hopefully it should stop showing. Otherwise there could be something on your computer that is automatically changing the proxy settings back.

SweX 871
Going by the screenshot and the wonderful design of the threat notification popup and tray icon - it looks like OP is using V8 or V9 (not) so no need to mention the possibility to upgrade the software itself as well.....
