piperfect 0
Has something changed with Eset Mail Security for Exchange version 4.5.x in the last two weeks that is causeing an influx of spam. My users are now getting hundreds of spam emails a day on their Outlook client.Upgrading to 6.2 is not currently an option until this known issue is resolved."During upgrade from 4.x to 6.2, user defined rules are not preserved and the automatic upgrade is not possible (this is a known limitation due to the new architecture)." sos4eset 1
Any progress? We also use ver 4.5 and our influx started in mid-September after it was previously ok. We only use the default settings since installation.
somwicked 0
Odd. I thought it was just me and my client. They would get flooded every few days and nothing had changed in ESMX. At one point I did notice that ESMX was not filtering anything although it said it was. Rebooted the server and it was good again.
