tscott16 0
I've just installed Remote Administrator for the first time ever so I'm very unfamiliar with it. One machine has reported multiple trojans but no action was taken on several of them. Is there a way to handle infections on a per object basis? I can click on the threat and see its details but I don't see the usual options to delete the object or create an exception.
ESET Moderators TomasP 318 Posted October 29, 2015 ESET Moderators Share Posted October 29, 2015 Hello, This depends on the object, its type, its location, on how it was detected, etc., so it is not possible to give an universal answer.
Administrators Marcos 5,278 Posted October 30, 2015 Administrators Share Posted October 30, 2015 You can configure a policy that will set strict cleaning mode for the In-depth scan profile. In this mode, all detected stuff will be cleaned automatically. After applying the policy, running a Scan with cleaning from the ERA console should clean all unresolved threats.
