How to clear console update cache ?

Hi,

 

I'm using Remote administrator Console 5.0.

Update downloading is stuck at 40%.

 

I tryed to "clear update cache" but it have no effect.

Is there any other way to clear update cache from console ?

Do you have the latest version of the ERA Server 5.0.511 installed?

I get answer to my original question by an other way.

I write on solution here for ppl who need it.

This solution was provided by ESET France. Thx a lot to them.

 

How to clear console update cache:

 

1- Stop ESET Remote Administrator service with services.msc command.

2- Delet all files and subfolders within (file path may change from an install to an other):

For Windows 2000/2003:
C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/ESET/ESET Remote Administrator/Server/updfiles
C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/ESET/ESET Remote Administrator/Server/mirror

For Windows 2008:
C:/ProgramData/ESET/ESET Remote Administrator/Server/updfiles
C:/ProgramData/ESET/ESET Remote Administrator/Server/mirror

3- Restart ESET Remote Administrator service then run for an update.
