Curistel 0 Posted July 22, 2013 Share Posted July 22, 2013 Hi, I'm using Remote administrator Console 5.0. Update downloading is stuck at 40%. I tryed to "clear update cache" but it have no effect. This solution was provided by ESET France. Thx a lot to them. How to clear console update cache: 1- Stop ESET Remote Administrator service with services.msc command.2- Delet all files and subfolders within (file path may change from an install to an other):For Windows 2000/2003:C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/ESET/ESET Remote Administrator/Server/updfilesC:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/ESET/ESET Remote Administrator/Server/mirrorFor Windows 2008:C:/ProgramData/ESET/ESET Remote Administrator/Server/updfilesC:/ProgramData/ESET/ESET Remote Administrator/Server/mirror3- Restart ESET Remote Administrator service then run for an update.
