ameneses54 1 Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Hi, new to ESET How do you set firewall exclusions for a particular program running on the computer. I used Norton and it can easily be done from a list of programs which have a particular firwall default. I want to choose if a program can send or receive data.

That said, you shouldn't need any rules to permit communication for specific applications unless you use the policy-based mode.
