ERA 5 migrating to ERA 6. migration error

am trying to migrate my companys era 5 to era 6. during the process, using migration too, i get a generic error. Can anyone help. Find attached a pic of the error

With the recent release of ERA 6.2, there is also new migration tool please try it with it, if you haven't migrated successfully since then.
