SQL Database username

I need to access to the SQL express database. 

 

What is the default admin user and password?

The password is randomly generated.

So how can we change the auto growth settings of the database?

 

I can no longer use the remote administrator, all I get are database errors if I try to change anything.  

Are there any tools to clean or deal with database?
