distorted email

Eset is distorting emails. When our team replys or sends an email strange characters appear where letters or apostrophes are suppose to be as an example:

 

"Please don’t hesitate to reach"

what ESET product do you have installed? Does temporarily disabling email protection and (or) protocol filtering make a difference?
