Eset Mobile Security License Activation Problem (0x20515029)

Hello;

I replaced my old device with a new one. I installed the Eset Mobile Security application. But I get an activation error even though I still have my license. I am sharing this error image with you. Turkey Technical Support side unfortunately could not solve my problem.

Hello, I have the same problem. I tried activation via activation key and via ESET HOME app. I also tried to connect to different network. Nothing worked for me. Seems like a bigger problem. Any news regarding this topic?

We checked with the team responsible for the licensing backend, but they can’t see a general issue, so it is likely that individual licenses are affected.

Please collect the logs and open a ticket, we will investigate further.

When I try to activate the antivirus on Android with the ESET Mobile Security for Android subscription, I receive the error 0x2051500c.

When I try to activate the antivirus on Android with the ESET Internet Security subscription, I receive the error 0x20515029.
