But I get an activation error even though I still have my license. I am sharing this error image with you. Turkey Technical Support side unfortunately could not solve my problem.

Please collect the logs and open a ticket, we will investigate further. Peter

When I try to activate the antivirus on Android with the ESET Internet Security subscription, I receive the error 0x20515029.

Also, I see that many people have this problem. I think it makes the most sense to cancel my subscription and buy it again. Unfortunately, when I tried this, I was warned that I can do it on February 25, 2025. More information was requested above, I have already shared the necessary images.
dgfx 0 Posted October 24, 2024 Posted October 24, 2024 The support team from Romania just told me few minutes ago: "In this case, it will be necessary for you to send this request, along with screenshots, to the address [email protected], as additional details or logs may be requested." My opinion is that ESET should automatically activate the programs for which we have paid subscriptions.

The application needs to connect to the licensing backend to verify the subscription and to activate successfully. The dev team is looking into it, we hope that they will be able to resolve the issue soon. It is possible, that the issue is with just some subscriptions / license keys, so a trial license may help, if you would like to try it, I recommend to contact local ESET Support to provide you with one.
