Hi ESET Team, 

 

I don't know where to send this, but can check the below if it is possible.


I strongly suggest you put a highlighted note in your instructions "[KB2213] Transfer my ESET product to a new computer or device" (https://support.eset.com/en/kb2213-transfer-my-eset-product-to-a-new-computer-or-device) that advisers customers / users that it might take a while for the deactivation of your old device to go through. Knowing this would have avoided the stress I went through today when I did this myself, and was pushed into buying a new subscription before the your system updated my request to deactivate my old device. If only your instructions mentioned this!!! - this is concern of our client 

 

When he tried to disconnect or remove the old computer from the ESET Home, it will take time ( from my experienced it will take time to remove, but i always try to refresh, relogin from the ESET Home then the changes that we've made (remove old computer from ESET HOME ) has been take effect now our client just want to ask if you can include from this kb : https://support.eset.com/en/kb2213-transfer-my-eset-product-to-a-new-computer-or-device thar , once you remove an old device from the ESET Home, it will take time to take effect
